聚焦云南鲁甸地震
2014年8月3日16时30分在云南省昭通市鲁甸县（北纬27.1度，东经103.3度）发生6.5级地震，震源深度12千米，余震1335次。截至2014年8月8日15时，地震共造成617人死亡，其中鲁甸县526人、巧家县78人、昭阳区1人、会泽县12人；112人失踪，3143人受伤，22.97万人紧急转移安置。受灾范围108.84万人受灾；22.97万人紧急转移安置，8.09万间房屋倒塌，中央财政下拨救灾资金22亿元；解放军和武警部队近万兵力抗震救灾。
地震发生后，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平高度重视，立即作出重要指示，要求当前把救人放在第一位，努力减少人员伤亡，妥善做好群众安置工作。有关方面要抓紧了解灾情，组织群众避险，全力投入抗震救灾。要加强余震监测预报，密切防范次生灾害发生。
8月14日，鲁甸重建规划由国家发展改革委牵头编制，将在深入调查研究、专项评估、政策研究等工作的基础上，组织编制鲁甸6.5级地震灾后恢复重建规划。地震灾后恢复重建规划前期工作组按照省、市、县三级联动和条块结合的要求，广泛听取灾区群众意见、深入了解灾情，收集灾损资料和恢复重建项目，待灾损报告确定后，在国家工作组的领导和指导下，配合开展恢复重建规划编制前期研究的基础工作。
截至2014年8月7日11时，云南省共接收地震捐款3.017596亿元，其中省接收救灾捐赠办公室接收9608万元，省财政厅国库处接收1.43亿元，省慈善总会接收5615.26万元，省红十字会接收652.7万元，接收捐物价值925.97万元，其中省慈善总会接收410.18万元、省红十字会接收515.79万元。
